DESCRIPTION:

Job summary

The Clinical Quality Associate performs site-wide quality control and training activities under the supervision of Clinical Site Quality Management. The quality control function serves to ensure the safety, rights, and well-being of clinical trial participants, and the integrity of study data, across the entire suite of Walgreens Clinical Trial Site services to maintain readiness for the audit at any time. In addition, this position plays a crucial role in the staff of the training site to reduce problems and generate support for our broad quality culture program.

Responsibility for work

Carry out remote quality control control reviews and site and site activities in accordance with the quality management plan of the specific study and prepares reports to document the internal quality control activities
Maintain an open communication line with site staff and serve as a resource for compliance problems
Check the compilation of the data of the study at the site level, for example essential documents, documentation of origin, clinical cases, site registers to guarantee quality, integrity and precision
Verify compliance with the study protocol, to the sop and to the relevant regulations, as well as to good documentation practices, for example the principles of alcohus
Consultation problems and keep track of the general results of quality control reviews to identify systemic tendencies and problems
Reduced any discovery or critical or main tendencies to the director of the quality of the clinical site and the director of quality guarantee
Provide orientation to the staff of the site to resolve the results and implement the processes, including cases of root, implementation and evaluation of level plans
Work in close collaboration with the leadership to fill the identified gaps and guarantee the continuous improvement of the process in collaboration with the wider quality management function, namely quality control, quality guarantee and compliance
Collaborate with the quality management function, for example, prepare for the inspections of external audits, develop overhaul to ensure that the quality management program is complete and integrated
Contribute to the development and implementation of an integrated quality management plan for each study
Participates in the realization of the initial and continuous risk assessments and the development of strategies to deal with the identified risks
Revision, independently and with the staff of the site, all the monitoring reports and documentation visits generated by the sponsor CRO for each visit to the site and make sure all the results are resolved
Support the quality management of the clinical site with the implementation of a global training program at the site level, including the delivery of the contents and the documentation of conformity with the staff of the site with all the required training

Basic Qualifications

In-depth understanding of the drug device development process, including new clinical trial designs.
Exceptional working knowledge of ICH GCP, US CFR and HIPAA regulations
Experience of working independently and making informed decisions related to the quality of clinical trials.
Experience overseeing multiple clinical trials concurrently while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in prioritizing tasks and resources, meeting deadlines and being adaptable to changing priorities
Willing to travel up to 50% of time for business purposes in and out of state

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in decentralized hybrid clinical trials
Experience with modern clinical trial site technologies eg eReg, eSource, eConsent
