About the Role:

  • Be the voice of the customer and lead efforts with different stakeholders to maximize customer growth (retention, wallet share, repeat)
  • Understand key data frameworks and build hypotheses and insights around the customer
  • Optimize dollar spends on retention - CAC/RPC/ROI
  • Work with product teams to drive product-led growth for the platform 
  • Build highly efficient customer conversion & retention strategies 
  • Own and optimize key CRM channels such as PNs, WhatsApp, Inapp, etc to drive business growth
  • Work closely with tech, design and business teams to promote channel health, innovation and business results

You are Responsible for:

The candidate will be responsible for customer retention and growth charter, with a focus on building the right constructs and tools to drive customer growth and LTV. This role will require an extremely structured and analytical approach to looking at data, bringing out insights around the customer, and structured thought to build a long-term user retention framework. Key stakeholders would include Product, Marketing and CX teams, Analytics org, Business Finance partners and Category Managers.

 

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

  1. Customer Analytics experience or MBA from top tier B-school with a total Experience 3-7 years (experience in CRM/CLM, Loyalty and retention Programs will be an added advantage)
  2. Proven track record of delivering tangible results within your respective functions
  3. Extremely high sense of ownership & problem-solving skills
  4. Analytical bent of mind, comfortable with crunching numbers and turning them into actionable insights that help make focused decisions
  5. Prior experience in E-commerce/Retail business preferred
  6. Strong stakeholder & project management skills required
  7. High bias for action and Customer-first approach
