WHO ARE WE: Instituted on August 16, 2016 Tata Steel Foundation (TSF) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Steel Limited mandated with the responsibility of executing CSR for Tata Steel.
A Section 8 company, TSF is rapidly growing multilocational organization spread across Orissa, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Punjab, Delhi NCR with approx. 250 officers, 1500 contract workers
and 65 unionized workers. It is spread across 14+ units, predominantly in two states of Jharkhand and Odisha with expanding footprint in the North. With a vision to create an enlightened and equitable society, we are committed towards playing a larger role in India’s
sustainable development by embedding wider economic, social and environmental objectives through its programmes. Fix-term contract (FTC) is a talent pipeline for TSF. Candidates who demonstrate dedicated performance are confirmed to on-roll positions after 1 year.Purpose of the Role: This is a field position which shall be responsible for workforce planning, compliance management, engagement, recruitment, organization structure design for a cluster of TSF units of TSF.
