About This Role:

Wells Fargo Is Seeking A Customer Service Representative (Internal Title: Retail Sales Representative) Through Banker Connection For Consumer And Small Business Banking. This Role Will Initially Be 100% Onsite, Allowing You To Work A Mix Of 1 Week Onsite And 1 Week From Home. Hybrid Eligibility Begins At 6 Months, I.E. The Expectation Of Good Performance And Appropriate Work From Home Has Been Met. In This Role, You Will:

Receive Internal Calls And Provide Technical Support And Assistance To Employees.

Deliver A Great Customer Experience With Every Call. Provide Resources To Branch Staff To Recommend The Best Products And Services To Customers.

Establish, Develop And Maintain Business Relationships With Internal Partners. Collaborate And Consult With Colleagues And Managers To Solve Problems And Achieve Goals.

Receives Direction From Managers And Uses Independent Judgment When Developing Knowledge To Understand Duties, Policies, Procedures And Compliance. Training And Appointments:

We Provide Regular Training And Development That Helps Improve Our Staff’s Ability To Deliver Quality Service And Support Career Growth.

We Hire Full-Time Employees For 40 Hours Per Week. Saturday Is 7:30 A.M. To 7:30 P.M. Central Time And Saturday Is 8 A.M. To 2 P.M. Central Time.

Normal Start Times Are 9:30 A.M. To 6:30 P.M., Monday Through Friday, Including Weekday Holidays, And Must Start Every Saturday To Allow For Some Future Saturdays. Saturday Work Is 4, 5 And 6 Hours. Therefore, The Working Day Will Be Longer Than 8 Hours To Take Into Account The Shorter Working Hours On Saturdays. Change Is Distributed Based On Business Needs.

Classes Will Begin June 5, 2023 In Billings, Mt. Class Hours Are Monday Through Friday From 8:30 A.M. To 5:00 P.M. Local Time.

You Must Complete The Full 8-9 Week Paid Training. Eligibility Requirements, United States:

2+ Years Of Relationships With People Or Clients, Proven Through Work, Military, Or Education
