To ensure that every aircraft interior meets the Delta CareStandardSM level of cleanliness for every flight and to enhance the passenger experience, you will join an inventive team as a cabin experience agent. The success of Delta depends on the strength of our brand. The weekly schedule for cabin experience agents will range from 20 to 40 hours of shift work. As part of your job, you’ll need to stand, walk, stoop, and bend. Repeated tasks include cleaning and searching aircraft, as well as spending a lot of time on your knees in the aircraft cabin and in confined spaces. Occasionally, these tasks will need to be carried out in inclement weather (heat, rain, snow, to name a few).

- Safely sanitize, clean, and stock the entire interior of the aircraft, including the cockpits, galleys, restrooms, and seating areas.
- For cleaning supplies and equipment needed to service aircraft, lift and carry.
- Perform security checks on aircraft in accordance with the most recent safety and security protocols and legal requirements.
- In congested areas, safely operate ground vehicles like cargo vans, trucks, and high-lift trucks.
- Maintain restrooms on aircraft in accordance with current safety regulations.
- Bending and lifting must be done repeatedly to clean and/or search all necessary areas.
- To ensure that aircraft are cleaned and searched in accordance with the necessary standards, operate electronic devices and computers.
- Ensure the safety of all operational processes and procedures.
