DESCRIPTION:

Primary Obligations:

Client support

Keep a Client Expert Information report containing deals region information, CMIR, limits, VAS limitations, and directing aides
Process the arrival of deficient and non-faulty products
Give request affirmations and conveyance status
Update shipment manuals in a joint effort with different offices
Help with new record creation

Credit

Investigate past due accounts credit and installment status
Help with making installment plans for delinquent records
Liable for handling client charge and acknowledge reminder demands for the assistance of the Group Chief
Help with settling Records Receivable and Credit related issues by means of email or by telephone
Convey account articulations
Help with the assortment of installment to arrive at month to month objectives
