DESCRIPTION:

- Keep a Client Expert Information report containing deals region information, CMIR, limits, VAS limitations, and directing aides
- Process the arrival of deficient and non-faulty products
- Give request affirmations and conveyance status
- Update shipment manuals in a joint effort with different offices
- Help with new record creation
Credit
- Investigate past due accounts credit and installment status
- Help with making installment plans for delinquent records
- Liable for handling client charge and acknowledge reminder demands for the assistance of the Group Chief
- Help with settling Records Receivable and Credit related issues by means of email or by telephone
- Convey account articulations
- Help with the assortment of installment to arrive at month to month objectives
