As an Above-wing Department Manager, Airport Customer Service is looking for a person who has previous leadership experience and is highly accountable for creating memorable customer experiences.

The strategic and tactical execution of operations within a designated area of responsibility is the responsibility of the Department Manager – Experience, who reports to General Manager for Above-Wing at LGA. A diverse group of airport professionals, administrative support staff, and business partners will report to the successful candidate.
