Job Description:

Education and Compensation:

The salary for this position is SGD $2,225.00 per month at the beginning, with an additional increase available upon employment confirmation. After one year of service, the salary will also rise to SGD $2,399.00 per month. After six months of probation, the position is eligible for performance-based incentives, shift premium for PM shifts, monthly shared rewards if the company meets KPIs, and annual pay raises.
Candidates who are selected will receive comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training. Instruction, observation, examinations, and performance evaluations are all part of classroom training.

We will assign new employees to a shift following training that may be significantly different from your training shift and will likely include two consecutive days off during the week. Until they are eligible to bid on a shift they choose, new employees will remain on that shift. After completing new hire training, new hires can bid on a new shift during the first shift bid. Every three to four months, employees bid on preferred shifts. Until they are able to hold different shifts based on seniority, new hires frequently receive PM shifts with midweek days off. Delta operates round-the-clock, so customers will always require our assistance.
