DESCRIPTION:

Through the Global Electronic Data Management System (EDMS), the senior data management specialist is in charge of ensuring the overall integrity of the Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) Drawing/Manual Release process and workflow and maintaining all correspondence (documentation, submissions, reports, etc.). that, in accordance with the Ordinance, was submitted to the HK Government for all rides.

• Maintain compliance with the HKDL Documentation Control system and procedures for the release of Ride & Show drawings and manuals transferred from the project team to HKDL Facility Services (FS).
• Assume various execution roles in EDMS-defined processes and workflows and serve as EDMS’s subject matter expert (SME) to guarantee data management compliance with Disney’s Global Assurance Standard and HKSAR Statutory requirements.
• Assist managers in developing and implementing strategies for enforcing quality control on the internal data, files, and records used for operations and maintenance by the Engineering Team and all of HKDL’s ride and show areas.

Responsibilities Include:

• Keeping redlined drawings in accordance with this standard, monitoring the integrity of new revisions to drawings and manuals in the field, assisting in the conversion of WDI project documents to HKDL Data server, and monitoring the integrity of documents transitioning from WDI projects to HKDL FS. Assist WDI Data Management in resolving issues related to manual release and drawings, as well as miss-linking and outstanding items.
• Supervise and keep an eye on the technical publications, such as ride and show manuals, maintenance procedures for engineers, and so on. Help managers set up and manage the quality procedures. Participate in Tier 2 audits to ensure that ride and show works, including documentation, workflow, safety, and execution, adhere to HKDL and Global Disney guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with the Global Data Management Team on system change/upgrade/testing of the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS), SmarTeam Requirement Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering Relevant experience in multi-engineering discipline project documentation administrative works
