• Within Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products Technology & Digital, you will work in the Data Products & Platform organization.

Responsibilities:

Maintain documentation for the company’s architecture diagrams, data reference architecture, data flows, data models, design, and implementation plans, which are used as technical specifications for data streams, integrations, transformations, and data warehouses. Work with teams to help them build data solutions that can be used seamlessly by understanding their needs and crafting new features and capabilities to better serve them. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and new technologies in data management and data architecture.

• Give specialized mentorship and direction to different individuals from the group
• Keep on working on the presentation and way to deal with information conveyance administrations, which incorporates eventing, APIs, and an examination layer
• Comprehend the difficulties of the present status, impact designing procedure, recommend appropriate new capacities, highlights, and usefulness
• Create and keep up with information principles and arrangements.
• Oversee information administration processes and guarantee information quality and security.

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of cloud data lakes and datastores (such as AWS Lake, Snowflake, and DynamoDB) as well as microservices architecture and API development and deployment Solid understanding of data modeling concepts such as entity-relationship diagrams, dimensional modeling, and data normalization

• Knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data models that support efficient and effective data integration, warehousing, and analysis and are in line with the requirements of the business
• Expertise in the design and implementation of data governance policies, procedures, and standards Excellent communication and partnership skills, as well as the capacity to interact with and exert influence at multiple levels Solid understanding of agile development methods, including DevOps concepts.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field is required. A master’s degree in one of these fields is preferred.
• The annual salary range for this position is between $156,620.00 and $231,110.00. The actual base pay will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, and experience related to the job, and other factors.
• Depending on the level and position offered, the compensation package may include a bonus and/or long-term incentive units in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
