We are looking for a Senior Graphics Engineer to assist us in developing a novel, non-violent MMO.

You will lead our efforts to provide a smooth mobile and desktop experience of our stylized, inviting world. You will have hands-on experience profiling and optimizing materials and scene organization, structuring our project for GPU, CPU, and memory scalability across our target platforms, and examining rendering techniques to enhance the tone of our game (comfort, whimsy, and awe-inspiring moments). When it comes to rendering optimization and enhancing the output of our art team, you’ll be our go-to person. You will establish technical constraints, asset standards, and asset pipeline additions with the rest of the engineering team in order to provide a consistent player experience across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with the art team to investigate and strike a balance between our visual goal and performance characteristics. You will have ample opportunities to contribute to any other aspect of the project that piques your interest because we are a small group working on a big game.

Qualifications You have experience managing CPU and GPU performance for a 3D Unreal game that was released on low-end devices (such as iOS and Android).
able to conduct self-directed investigations to identify potential performance bottlenecks and investigate opportunities to enhance our game’s appearance.
