Highly skilled in the development of essential advertising technology systems like ad servers, bidders and pacers, yield optimizers, and targeting reach estimation systems.
familiar with forecasting models and has used them to manage inventory, make sales operations possible, and make reservation- and auction-based buying models work on a large scale.
has collaborated closely with ad operations to meet the needs of advertisers and enable campaign setup, targeting, and reporting.
has worked on audience targeting and built or operated DMP integrations.
has supported stable and robust A/B and A/A setups, as well as publisher-side A/B innovations and/or advertiser experimentation.
has presented talks, lectures, or whitepapers on a variety of advertising topics, establishing a recognizable presence in the advertising industry.

Things to have:

thorough comprehension of advertising market transactions. familiar with third-party integrations and sales tooling that make it possible for deals to flow from advertiser ecosystems into campaigns and impressions.
familiarity with bidding and experimentation, brand lift measurement, and incrementality-based outcomes measurement.
familiarity with the evolving landscape of advertising regulations worldwide and legal compliance.
worked on an industry consortium effort or contributed to a technology standard for the advertising industry (such as VAST or OpenRTB).
