Wells Fargo Is Looking For Paralegals To Join Its Home Lending Team. This Position Is Available In Charlotte, NC; Des Moines, Irving, TX; And Minneapolis, Minnesota. In This Role, You Will:

Provide Support To Specific Areas Within The Legal Department Using High Level Metrics, Communication And Organizational Skills

We Investigate And Resolve Issues And Questions That May Involve Legal Or Factual Issues Through Detailed Research, Document Review And Fact Finding.

Make Recommendations And Use Independent Judgment When Creating A Professional.

We Prepare Contracts, Documents And Pleadings Under The Guidance Of Our Attorneys, And Provide Research And Background Information.

The Legal Department And Staff, Work With Outside Attorneys, Provide Advice And Information, And Work With Business Areas

Communicate With Government Agencies As Needed

They Are Able To Identify Specific, Broad And Important Issues Within Their Area Of Expertise And Independently Perform Complex Tasks Without Direct Supervision.

Eligibility Criteria:

Two Or More Years Of Criminal Experience, Or The Equivalent, Evidenced By One Or A Combination Of The Following: Employment, Training, Military Service, Education

Degrees Desired:

A Simple Program Is Best In One Or More Of The Following Areas: Downsizing (Especially GFE And FHA Loans), Foreclosure, Collection, And/Or Ownership (REO). Ability To Work In An Environment With Tight Deadlines

Search Capability:

Excellent Verbal And Written Skills

Strong Analytical Skills With Attention To Detail And Accuracy

Strong Organizational, Multitasking And Proactive Skills

Ability To Work Independently With Minimal Supervision
