Sets of expectations:

The job of the Part Administration Proficient (MSP) will be to convey better help than Card Individuals visiting the American Express Centurion Parlor, situated in the San Francisco Worldwide Air Terminal 3. MSPs will represent American Express to our customers and serve as brand ambassadors. Filling in as a firm group, they will can energize our clients and follow through on the brand guarantee. In a customer-facing setting, a successful MSP in the Centurion Lounge will have a passion for providing exceptional service to our most valuable Card Members. Our MSPs, who provide American Express Card Members with travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services, are highly skilled and motivated.

  • Our MSPs will tailor our products and services to meet the immediate needs of Card Members and strengthen their relationship with American Express by acting as consultants.
  • By offering distinctive goods and services, it is our goal to become indispensable to Card Members. It is our responsibility to bring Membership to life each day. This is done by MSPs:

Upon their arrival at the reception, our Card Members will be greeted and given access. They will also be held accountable for the entire customer experience and will take ownership of it. They will come up with creative ways to solve problems and win customers’ loyalty. By partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners, we are able to meet the needs of our Card Members and create a lounge that is open from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, while also adhering to the Customer First philosophy and satisfying the requirements and expectations of our customers. Due to business requirements, hours may be altered.

Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every interaction; the ability to listen to the customer’s needs, in turn offering confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction from the customer with the service they received; the ability to rely and collaborate with your colleagues is essential, as the lounge is a very active, fast-paced, team environment; the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, when unanticipated situations may arise; putting the Card Members’ experience at the forefront of everything you do; the ability to utilize and switch
