Position Synopsis…

What you’ll do…

Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. store operations, merchandising, employment relationships) by researching business trends with specific impact and communicating insights to leadership; perform root cause analysis for targeted impact issues; learn about businesses from key stakeholders and identify areas of collaboration between businesses and the contact center; work with key stakeholders to develop partnership and collaboration plans; manage the execution of customer service partnerships; and assess the success and concerns of the collaboration and develop an action plan to improve the customer service process.

Execute customer service mitigation plans by evaluating and sharing information on customer service trends; identify opportunities to reduce or mitigate contact; incorporate trends and gaps into mitigation plans; collaborate with key stakeholders and leadership to finalize contact mitigation plans; supports the implementation of the mitigation plan; and act as an expert and liaison between the contact center and key stakeholders. Help with cross-functional support projects by providing information on project plans; discuss project plans and communicate concerns; identify contact center implications (e.g. impact on budget, resource utilization); monitoring of project milestones; identify problems and assist in developing resolution plans; and support the implementation of the project.

Manages customer service operations by researching and staying current on industry trends, best practices, emerging technology and legislation; implement changes to processes, resolution criteria, and policies that positively impact service metrics and promote consistency; evaluate the impact of customer service processes and actions and communicate the impact to leadership; anticipate future operational needs and propose plans to senior management; align resources to support operations and special requests; ensure that documentation of processes, quality standards and procedures is communicated to customer service operations; and help educate and train cross-functional partners and stakeholders. Demonstrates up-to-date experience and applies it to the development, implementation and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in applying information and best practices; support and align efforts to meet business and customer needs; and build commitment to perspectives and motivations.
