What will be your impact in this position?:

  • Position TLS as an unparalleled industry leader, thought leader, and distribution channel by leading the development, strategy, and implementation of American Express Travel’s B2B approach.
  • Create and facilitate supplier-specific training and experiences for Travel Consultants that bring the exclusive benefits and benefits that TLS provides to Card Members to life.
  • Develop a communication strategy to engage travel partners by continuously sharing AXP’s efforts and value.
  • Create a plan for putting on large-scale events and activations that highlight our distinctive and compelling value story and fuel our best-in-the-industry relationships with the world’s most prestigious luxury suppliers.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously innovate American Express Travel Partner Engagement with a robust set of internal and external partners from Global Partnerships & Marketing, Global Business Travel (GBT), Corporate Affairs & Communications, Servicing, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
