DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Operations Processor position is open at Wells Fargo.

The first step toward a rewarding career in financial services is this position. You’ll learn about the financial services industry and payment processing. The production environment known as Lockbox is high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven, with little to no customer interaction.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a functional area within Lockbox Operations as a Work Director. Daily tasks will be distributed, prioritized, and coordinated by you; screen work underway, change staff assets on a case-by-case basis; synchronize training; and assist with staff scheduling so that production deadlines can be met. Give the leadership of the site feedback on performance and production. Other responsibilities include: opening, getting, logging, grouping, filtering, planning, and circulating approaching or potentially cordial mail, as well as, information section and routine number-related estimations.

The ideal Work Director will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the capacity to follow procedures, and basic computer knowledge. They want to and are motivated to constantly improve their capacity to complete each task accurately and quickly. In a highly secure facility, the working environment is fun with a casual dress code.

You will be responsible for:
