The inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store are overseen by the General Merchandise and Food Sales team. Food & Beverage and Food Service are led by this team, which ensures that food is fresh and safe. By performing pick, pack, and ship fulfillment, experts ensure that our customers receive their packages promptly.

• The job of a General Product Master can furnish you with the:
• Experience supporting a culture of putting the customer first across the entire store and knowledge of the fundamentals of guest service As a General Merchandise Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:
• department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement Experience executing daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
• Authentically greet all guests to create a warm atmosphere. Observe to quickly determine whether a guest wants to interact or needs assistance.
• Be an expert and dedicated owner of select GM areas to ensure the sales floor is zoned, in stock, and accurately signed for guests. Acknowledge guests as you complete workload with minimal guest disruption. Engage with guests in a genuine way, which includes asking questions to better understand their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the entire store, as well as specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience. Perform revisions, sales plans, and planograms for all GM categories. Assist all non-GM areas of the store with transition sets and In Store Marketing (ISM).
• Complete weekly price change workload for all GM categories. Accurately execute all backroom fills, including guest requests, and backstock product from GM categories.
• Own backroom aisles, including backstock, for your GM areas. Process all inbound deliveries using the Receive application to ensure inventory accuracy. Follow processes accurately with attention to detail. Monitor
