Global Financial Services Compliance is on its way to deploy our next-generation real-time fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) technology solution. As Director of Program Operations, he will lead us in getting the new solution up and running in the US and internationally and support the launch of all future commercial initiatives. As a Program Operations Manager, you will work closely with compliance workflow leaders to define scope, priorities, resource needs, work plan, budget, business requirements, test strategy , user acceptance (UAT) and transition plan for the next generation platform. and future business ventures. As Director of Program Operations, you will lead the cross-functional collaboration and consensus of our Technical Engineering and Product Management teams to help drive execution.

- Set program priorities, align KPIs and measure value to ensure program delivery execution is consistent with the original vision
- Identify and escalate program issues, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Compelling workflows to develop and prioritize business requirements and backlog
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve goals within projected timelines
- Oversees TAO execution, including documentation of TAO strategy, plan, and checklists. Ensure entry and exit criteria are met. Document and coordinate live transition activities.
- Support the development of the FRAML roadmap and produce program reports for commercial stakeholders
- Lead the development of process change and communication frameworks to drive smooth implementations and operational transitions
- Create better ways of working: If you see something that isn’t optimized, work with the team to improve, document, and educate others about new and better ways.
- Keep up to date with new rules, regulations and reputational risks to further improve our investigative processes. Understand business and regulatory requirements and ensure functions are performed within those requirements
You will blow our mind if…
- You have experience implementing AML/Fraud technology platforms, especially if you have experience working with Quantize, Featurespace and/or Actimize solutions.
- Do you have work experience in a money services company (MSB)
- You have experience working with artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) technologies.
- Has experience with above line/below line sampling and threshold setting
- He has a solid understanding of program management principles and experience working with agile methodologies.
- You are an independent problem solver with an attitude that never finds barriers you cannot overcome.
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and getting results in a fast-paced environment.
- You are process driven, you know your data, you can analyze performance, evaluate trends and translate insights into strategy
- You have international work experience and are fluent in Spanish.
