DESCRIPTION:

The primary day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the team’s digital documentation management efforts to support claims operations and entering data and codes for incoming first notice claims reports. Monitoring requests for claim creation support, overseeing data quality assurance, participating in various ad hoc data clean-up efforts, and participating in initiatives to meet department goals and objectives are examples of additional responsibilities.

• The cast member must be able to handle confidential information professionally and be aware of the significance of brand awareness in order to perform all duties and responsibilities.

Basic Requirements:

Demonstrate strong human relations skills, including the ability to work with cast members at all levels. Must be adaptable to new procedures and processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong partnering skills. Self-starter and independent thinker. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage time wisely. Ability to work under deadline pressures.
